A very quick note to wish all those who celebrate it a very happy Pride weekend! If you're looking for Pride parties to check, head on over to the CHERRY BOMB page in my DJ section here for word of two very different, but equally slammin' parties that Cozmic Cat and I are producing and DJing at. Tonight, it's CHERRY BOMB: Get Live! at the Mod Club Theatre, and tomorrow night it's CHERRY BOMB: Go Deep! at Crosstown. Full details, including ticket related updates, are on the CB page. Also, I'll be DJing on Pride Toronto's South Stage tomorrow (Sat June 23) from 2-3pm and then in between live acts from 3-5pm. See ya there.
In other news.... I'll be adding a whole bunch of Mental Chatter Podcasts, more SYNCHRO updates, and finally start that promised Blog next week so please do check back in. Sorry I've fallen a little behind on the Podcasts, but all this Pride planning and some major family issues have been consuming my time. Soon come!

The lovely weather continues. Yes! A few things to tell you about..... the Mental Chatter Podcasts keep coming. I added both the April 30 and May 7 shows so go have a listen. BTW, I can only host audio for 8 to 10 shows at a time, so if you're wanting to nab them, please do so within a month or two or they're gone!
In the DJ section, there's now a page for Cherry Bomb, the new monthly club night for gals and our pals that Cozmic Cat and I are starting as of June 16 at Andy Poolhall. I'll add details of the launch and of our two Pride weekend parties (Cherry Bomb: Get Live! Friday June 22 at the Mod Club Theatre, and Cherry Bomb: Go Deep! Saturday June 23 at Crosstown) ASAP. Please check back here over the next few days for word on our amazing lineup of performers and DJs, and for word on advance tickets etc. You can also join my email list by popping me a note to request being on it.
Speaking of which.... if you're on my e-list and haven't been receiving updates of late, chances are you use Hotmail or Sympatico. Both are now blocking group email from getting through even if you signed up for the group. Grrrr! If this means you're not getting the newsletter and would like to, please e me with a non Hotmail or Sympatico e address and ask me to add you with that. Wow, what a beautiful weekend we've had in T.O. Everybody loves the sunshine, indeed. The streets were packed, parks even more so, and smiles were everywhere. Spring is my favourite season, and days like today are a special treat. 'Nuff weather talk for now. I'll keep it for my Blog which, by the way, will debut on this site within the week.
Also to be added here very shortly is a page for Cherry Bomb, the brand new monthly club night I'll be doing with friend and fellow DJ cozmic cat starting June 16. We'll also be producing and hosting two sweet events during Pride weekend, happening Friday June 22 and Saturday June 23 respectively. Stay tuned for full deets... coming real soon!

On the 16th, I interviewed Carl Craig and featured the new albums by Electrelane and Panda Bear as Picks of the Week. On April 23, Carrie Gray a.k.a.
